Practical Meditation ideas for busy people…
Find a suitable time for you and don’t feel rushed to do it. I find evening time is best for me. Even it’s only ten or fifteen minutes, you will feel so much better after the meditation than you did before.
The best way to get into the zone is to remember to breathe through your nose and out through your nose. After just doing that five times, you will immediately feel the difference and you will feel relaxation in your heart area. Any thoughts that come just say “I let you go” ....
The most effective way is to lay or sit in a way you most feel comfortable. You don’t need to sit rigid or with feet on the ground. It’s good to have a comfortable favourite throw or blanket that you can feel safe in. Trial ways in which your body can get most comfortable in the way you sit or lay.
If you are a beginner, I recommend headphones and you can listen to relaxing chilled music with slow rhythmic sounds that can help to slow your brain waves down to Theta or Alpha waves

Why I meditate and the inspiration to continue…
It has been scientifically proven that meditating keeps the brain healthy and cells happy and vibrating. It can maintain youthfulness. I am over 50 years old and I feel much younger.
I am an avid follower of the work of Dr Joe Dispenza. His pioneering discoveries that connect Neuoroscience with Metaphysical and Quantum concepts answer a lot of questions for fact seeking logical minds. Dr Dispenza meditates every day to receive downloads of Quantum information into his physical reality. Like him, I meditate to clear information pathways. Modern living involves processing vast amounts of information. This can create over stimulation and overload our brain. Meditation helps me to clear and organise my thoughts. I also focus on change and creating the reality I want to see feel and experience. I have manifested results in moving house, in business, health and tangible items.
