When you’re visiting Cornwall, Moo Maid Luxury Ice Cream is simply unmissable. But beware of the seagulls!

It’s no secret that I love sweet treats and when I am in Cornwall, rain or shine, I cannot resist the Legendary Moo Maid of Zennor Ice cream. There’s ice-cream and then there’s Moo Maid in a league of its own! My favourite flavour is Orange and Mascarpone and it is guaranteed to lift my mood!

Seconds after the photographs were taken, I stepped out to soak in the view and basque in the energy of St Ives. As luck would have it, a large flock of seagulls descended from above and behind me and took the ice cream mid flight straight out of my hands! I was so startled by this, it took me a moment to process what had just happened! A bystander had just warned me of the seagulls moments before. Then, to my amazement I saw a message on my phone from John my husband telling me to beware of the seagulls! As I watched the drama of the seagull ice-cream scrum, time stood still for a while. I was compelled to acceptance…things happen unexpectedly and that’s life to have a full and complete experience. In the scheme of things, this was actually one that I could say to myself “oh well, next time I’ll know!” I shared the event with everyone I came across that afternoon and I was able to see the funny side of it soon enough!
